If you have the desire to compete in Olympic sparring or traditional poomsae, Lane Cove Taekwondo's Sports TKD program is for you.
LCT coaches are highly qualified in this area with head coach Ms Pip Hockham an international medalist in both sparring and poomsae.
Many of our Sport TKD athletes have won numerous competitions already and have become state and pan pacific champions in both sparring and poomsae.

Lane Cove Taekwondo is a registered club with Sports Taekwondo Australia.

Any belt level is welcomed to the program but you must be willing to train consistently in order to be involved in competition. If you don't want to compete but interested in the training program, please do come along for the experience.
