Blue 1 (6th Gup)

Self Defense: Back Grab: Arm Lock and Sweep Boxing:

Boxing Drills 1 - 5 Kicking: Side Kick (Yop Chagi) & Jump Reverse Instep 

Sparring: Sparr fluently with light contact, using hand leg combinations and counters.

Countering: Catch Kick

Self Defense: Push: Finish in Back Head Lock and front head lock 

Boxing: Drills 1 - 5 with weaves

Kicking: Back KIck (Dit Chagi) and Double Turning Kick

Sparring: Sparr fluently with light contact, using hand leg combinations and counters.

Countering: Back Kick Counter
